In these online workshops, you will learn the reasons behind emotional and mental health problems and how we can prevent, manage them to eventually arrive at complete emotional and mental well-being.
Emotional and mental health problems are inseparable from each other. To escape, we bury them in our subconscious. But in-spite of our best efforts, they express themselves as stress, a lack of passion in life, conflict in relationships, and a persistent feeling of disconnection and discontentment.
Workshops will include talks, dialogues, question-answer session, practice of a variety of breathing exercises and meditation.
