  • 24 live Sessions via Zoom: 60 Hours – 24 Sundays  
    10:00 am- 12:30 pm (2.5 Hours) 
  • Independent Study (Videos, Practices and Journaling): 40 Hours 

There are many approaches to understanding the art and science of meditation. Our approach is through Naturality. Naturality means to live according to your nature. The Naturality approach is neither religious nor spiritual but natural; it means that after learning the basics of meditation techniques and practices, you can discover your unique way of meditating according to your natural personality. It’s the easiest way to practice meditation. The goal is to become free from fear and guilt and live with peace, passion, and bliss. With Naturality, your inner nature meets the outer.

In Naturality, mediation is a movement, which takes us beyond thoughts. Meditation does not destroy thoughts or its container, which we call by different names such as mind, self, or identity. In meditation, we become the masters of our own thoughts and mind, self, or identity.

From the Naturality’s point of view, meditation is relaxation, awareness, and the expansion of awareness. The practice of meditation promotes emotional healing and can be helpful for those suffering from a variety of acute and chronic health problems including stress-related disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. As the meditation deepens a moment comes when the technique is dropped, and perception goes beyond thoughts and mind. In such moments divisions and fragmentation disappear, which results in freedom from fear, conflict, and discontent. It is the state of awareness, bliss and compassion, and full engagement with the world.

Whether you are a practitioner of meditation or a beginner, this program will deepen your own meditation practice, and will also enable you to teach meditation to individuals and groups.

The Naturality Meditation Facilitator Training Program is in association with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. 



Naturality:  Naturality is an open, flexible, and ever-evolving system of teachings that helps us to understand the root cause of life’s problems as well as to find the solutions within us. Guided by certain core learning techniques and practices, individuals can begin the adventure of self-exploration. By walking on the Naturality path, we build a healthy identity and discover our Inner Guru to guide us through a complex world. We eventually discover our Natural self and live fully.

  1. Learn how to become a successful Meditation Facilitator
  2. Learn how to advertise in order to attract participants
  3. Learn how to plan and carry successful meditation workshops
  4. Learn how to use different styles of teaching to address all participants’ needs:
  • Experience-based education: Experiencing and also finding the source of experience
  • Problem-based learning: Exploring the problem of fear, meaning in life, love, relationships, fulfillment, work and education
  • Dialectical dialogue: Exploring two poles of experience or knowledge
  • Self-inquiry: Who am I?  Enquiring into the origin of knowledge, beliefs, and motives
  • Healthy competition and co-operation: Both help in realizing and expressing our potential and in allowing us to bring a unique creativity to our teachings without being isolated. We all have a fear of our own greatness, known as Jonah’s complex, which we have to overcome to experience the best in us. We become big by becoming bigger, not by making others small, and then help others to grow.
