At Jivasu, we accept returns in some circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the service or product (e.g. course, program, etc.) you have purchased, please send us an email. Refunds will be given up until the day the program begins. If you are not satisfied with the program after your first session, refunds may be given in this circumstance as well, as long as contact is made via email within the same day and no following sessions are attended.
Upon receipt of the return request, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
