- The science, psychology, and spirituality of sound and music.
- Sound and music as an excellent tool for therapy and its use in healing a variety of health conditions of the body and mind, including stress, sleep problems, anxiety, and depression.
- How sound and music can take us to increased levels of awareness, primal vibration of the universe, and a path to silence.
Practice: A variety of Mantras and sound meditations, and affirmations.
