In this weekly drop-in class you will:


  1. The science, psychology, and spirituality of sound and music.
  2. Sound and music as an excellent tool for therapy and its use in healing a variety of health conditions of the body and mind, including stress, sleep problems, anxiety, and depression.
  3. How sound and music can take us to increased levels of awareness, primal vibration of the universe, and a path to silence.

Practice: A variety of Mantras and sound meditations, and affirmations.
